Fruit Crisp

Preheat oven to 375°F.
Grease a 1.5-quart square baking dish.
Cream together:
- 1/3 cup very soft or melted butter
- 1 cup lightly packed brown sugar
Stir in until crumbly a mixture of
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Arrange in prepaed casserole dish:
- 3 cups diced fresh or frozen fruit (or per mom: just fill dish to a depth 1.5″)
- 1/3 cup sugar
Sprinkle with crumbs.
Bake in preheated 375°F oven for 40 minutes or until fruit are tender and topping is golden brown.
