Fruit Crisp

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Grease a 1.5-quart square baking dish.

Cream together:

  • 1/3 cup very soft or melted butter
  • 1 cup lightly packed brown sugar

Stir in until crumbly a mixture of

  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Arrange in prepaed casserole dish:

  • 3 cups diced fresh or frozen fruit (or per mom: just fill dish to a depth 1.5″)
  • 1/3 cup sugar

Sprinkle with crumbs.

Bake in preheated 375°F oven for 40 minutes or until fruit are tender and topping is golden brown.
